Cold Cutting & Bevelling are cutting activities which are done in potentially explosive atmospheres.

This is performed by using pneumatically driven equipment such as split frame orbital cutting & bevelling saws or reciprocating saws.

Nitrogen Services

Nitrogen / Helium leak test is to prove the operational integrity of completed piping systems, including vessels and tagged items of equipment. The Leak rates are measured / recorded via use of a Mass Spectrometer.

By performing Nitrogen / Helium Leak Testing, it will serve as a final system service test to provide operator confidence by achieving a leak free start up.

Nitrogen Services includes the following:

• Drying and Preservation of pipelines & systems
• Charging of Accumulators & Nitrogen systems

Hot Oil Flushing Services

This service is to remove fine particles during the construction / commissioning phase of Fuel Oil, Lube Oil, BOP, Subsea Systems & Hydraulic Systems.

Verification for particle and water count shall be performed by use of a calibrated particle & water content units.

Flushing units with various flow rates & pressure ratings are available for onshore & offshore use complete with certification.

Chemical Cleaning Services

Chemical Cleaning is to ensure that there is no presence of scale in the suction lines of the turbines (Gas Turbine Generators / Gas Turbine Compressors).

This is so that there is close to 0% chance of any damages to be incurred on the rotor binders during start up and opertations.
